The objective of this competition was to transform an existing industrial hall, turning it into an inspiring training hub for knowledge sharing for an international company.

The preservation of the uniqueness of the industrial complex can be ensured thanks to introducing an additive extension that uses the existing building as a base.

Over nine floors, spaces for learning and working are seamlessly linked within a highly flexible and adaptable landscape, where social spaces and living rooms allow guests from all over the world to feel welcome and form complex networks. Both the internal structure and the exterior convey the idea of interconnectedness.

The facade is clad with energy-producing solar cells, not only defining the building’s visual appearance but also symbolizing the company’s innovative future.
