Originally built in the 18th century as the residence for the district's chief magistrate, the Vogt House is now partially protected as a listed building. Situated on the slope of the Albis hill, the property offers spectacular views over the entire Zürich lake. Thoughtful spatial sequences and internal reconfigurations brought the residence up to contemporary living standards.

The basement now leads into a new subterranean annex with a wellness area. Large, stone-set pools are integrated into the space, creating a seamless transition to the surrounding countryside.
