Villa Boveri, located to the south of Baden's old town, is set within beautifully landscaped gardens. The villa, built between 1896 and 1897 by Karl Coelestin Moser, is complemented by gardens designed by Evariste Mertens.

Upon entering, visitors pass through the foyer into a central hall. Rooms are organized around it and ensure a seamless flow. This arrangement extends to the second floor where rooms are positioned radially around the main hall, accessible via doorways set into the wooden panelling.

A proposed seminar room, approximately 40 m2 in size, is envisioned under the pitched roof, leveraging the existing central skylight. Working with the lack of a direct view of the surrounding park and trees on this floor, a textile wall covering is proposed to introduce a green, floral ambiance. This choice also subtly nods to the villa's original hand-painted wallpaper by Hans Sandreuter.
