The location of a suburban housing development is situated between a new residential project and an agricultural area. It plays a critical role in shaping the future of housing in this area where the main focus is placed on preserving the connection to the neighboring rural landscape. This project was conceived in response to an invitation for a design competition and was honored with the first prize. The project was applauded for its attention to the dimensions of the property, which consists of three distinct building volumes. The strategic placement of these volumes ensures maximal sun exposure and affords the best views of the surrounding landscape.

Der Standort der drei Mehrfamilienhäuser befindet sich zwischen einer neuen Wohnsiedlung und einem idyllischen landwirtschaftlichen Gebiet. Er ist von grundlegender Bedeutung für die künftige Entwicklung der Wohnbebauung in diesem Gebiet, da die bestehende Verbindung zur angrenzenden ländlichen Landschaft erhalten bleiben soll. Das Projekt, entwickelt im Rahmen eines eingeladenen Wettbewerbs und ausgezeichnet mit dem 1. Preis, geht auf die Grösse des Grundstücks ein und besteht aus drei einzelnen Baukörpern. Die Positionierung der drei Gebäude ermöglicht maximale Besonnung und beste Aussicht auf die umliegende Landschaft.
